You’re only steps away from dancing to “Hava Nagila!”

1. Find a number of friends and make a circle
2. Feel free to link arms at the shoulder level
3. Feet should point straight ahead (about 12 inches apart)
4. Step left with your left foot
5. Cross the right foot behind the left
6. Step left with your left foot
7. Kick your right foot out in front of you
8. Step down with your right foot
9. Kick your left foot out in front of you
10. Keep going around and around, in a circle to the left!

For more variations:

1. Form two or more concentric circles
2. At some parties and celebrations, two special honorees are lifted up in chairs at the center of the circle (by very strong people). 
3. While “Hava Nagila” is a good match for these dance steps, many other songs work as well!
