Q: How long are the tours?
A: Meeting Hate with Humanity, Coming of Age, Highlights of the Museum Collection, Israel and the Diaspora, Living Museum, Love Thy Neighbor, Our Jewish Heritage, are each 90 minutes. My House to Your House, Thou Shalt Not Stand Idly By, and Survivor Testimony are each 60 minutes.
Q: Can I only bring groups of 30 students?
A: There is no limit on the group's size. The 30 student rule refers to the pricing category; the minimum number of visitors in a group is 10.
Q: When is the last day that I can make changes?
A: The Museum asks that you have the final schedule three weeks before the visit. We will try to accommodate changes after this deadline, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Q: Is there a place in the Museum where my students may eat lunch?
A: There are a limited number of rooms where students may eat lunch. You must ask about availability and reserve a room for lunch when you book your group's visit.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment in full is due three weeks before a visit. For Adult Groups, there is a $50 deposit required at the time of scheduling with the balance due three weeks before the visit.
