Free Guided Tours
Every Tuesday at 3 P.M.*, the Museum offers guided tours of the Core Exhibition. The drop-in tours are free with Museum admission. The meeting point is in the Museum’s lobby. The tour includes all three floors of the Core Exhibition, which explore Jewish Life a Century Ago; The War Against the Jews; and Jewish Renewal. The tour is recommended for visitors who are at least 12 years of age. Parents are advised to preview the exhibition and use their discretion.

Walk-up tours of Designing Home: Jews and Midcentury Modernism will be offered on Sundays in May at 12 P.M., except on May 24 when the Museum is closed for the Jewish holiday of Shavuot. The tours are co-led by Museum Gallery Educators and students from the Master’s Program in Design History and Curatorial Studies, Parsons The New School for Design and the Cooper Hewitt, Smithsonian Design. These walk-up tours are included with the price of admission.

Free Mobile Tour
English and Spanish versions of the acclaimed Antenna™ audio tour of the Museum’s Core Exhibition are available for free thanks to the generosity of Con Edison. The award-winning English version is narrated by Meryl Streep and Itzhak Perlman.

Neckloops and transcripts in regular and large print are available for free.

The full length of the audio tour is 1.5 hours but can be shorter depending on the visitor's preference of getting in-depth information about artifacts or overviews of sections.

Group Tours
The Museum offers a variety of tour options for groups of 10 or more adults, youth, or students. Bookings must be made in advance. Groups enjoy a 10% discount in the Pickman Museum Shop.
